Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints.

• Track and document customer interactions in the company CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.

• 0-1 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software.

• Positive attitude, with a customer-first mindset.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree is a plus.
