Pay: Up to 90,000k salary

Location: Ocean Country, NJ

Type: Perm/Direct Hire

Job Description: Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and implement best practices using systems engineering principles.

• Design and improve pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, focusing on equipment reliability and aseptic filling.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated production lines to minimize downtime.

• Specify cGMP process equipment and controls to enhance production efficiency and quality.

• Lead and implement process improvements, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

• Prepare engineering reports, support QA/Validation, and manage project timelines and budgets.

• Train staff and supervise contractors as needed.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Chemical, Biochemical, Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, preferably with aseptic filling.
