Rare opportunity on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Our client is seeking a team player with knowledge and experience in the following areas of responsibility:

• Cash Flow (distributions, contributions, investment and private equity funding, annuity payments, tax payments, office & other entity operations, payroll, insurance policies)

• Executing money transfers

• Modern investment portfolio construction, reporting and operation including ETF’s, Mutual Funds, Limited Partnerships

• Accounting on all entities including monthly, quarterly and year end reporting (Quick Books and Quicken)

• Payroll Management

• Knowledge of estate planning principles

• Tax filing, tax returns

• Providing support to all Partners

• Implementation and management of company benefits (Simple IRA, Health, Life and Long Term Disability Insurance and company policies)

Requirements

-BS Degree

-CPA or MBA preferred but not required

-Investment accounting
