The Vines Hospital is currently recruiting for a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team of Dedicated Behavioral Health professionals.

A Maintenance Tech will perform a variety of maintenance duties in and around the facility buildings including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, preventative maintenance and testing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining equipment and machinery. A Maintenance Tech will also assists the Director of Plant Operations in completing tasks, perform related duties as assigned by the Director of Plant Operations and Chief Executive Officer

Minimum Qualifications

1.

Education:

High school graduate or equivalency required. Trade or vocational school training preferred.

2.

Experience:

2 - 3 years experience in plant operations.

3.

License/Certification:

N/A

4.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscape maintenance. Must have driving record that meets The Vines Hospital policy. Knowledge of DOT procedures for handling Hazardous Waste.

Physical Requirements:
