Our Managed Services form the backbone of Depot360 CaaS and are also available as a standalone offering for existing installations* or when customers prefer different financing models.

What will you do?

  • Data Management: Assist in collecting and organizing data related to electric vehicle charging stations, including usage patterns, performance metrics, and customer feedback.

  • Reporting: Support the preparation of regular reports on charging infrastructure utilization, performance, and overall service quality.

  • Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to charging stations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Help coordinate maintenance activities for charging stations, including scheduling inspections, repairs, and software updates.

  • Research: Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in the electric vehicle charging industry, providing valuable insights to enhance our services.

  • Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to charging infrastructure installation, operation, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering, to support the successful implementation and management of charging services.

  • Training: Participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of Siemens Depot360 Managed Charging Services, enabling you to provide effective support to customers and internal teams.

  • Bid Proposal: Collaborate with the team to assist in the preparation of bid proposals for potential customers, including analyzing project requirements, and creating persuasive presentations.

  • Customer Software Demos: Conduct software demonstrations for customers, showcasing the features and functionalities of our charging management software. This includes guiding customers through the user interface, explaining key capabilities, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

What will you need to succeed?

  • New graduate from a Technical university/college in the relevant field

  • Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.

  • Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. French and English is a MUST

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and sustainable transportation concepts.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
