Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Contracts Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a large airport project .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for contract administration including all contractual communications, instructions, and variations.

• Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.

• Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.

• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.

• Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.

• Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation.

• Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
