Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0030197EXTERNALENGLOBAL To strengthen our organization, SEI is currently looking for an Executive Assistant who will be supportive to our Executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention for details. The individual should have experience working in an office environment, where we are looking for someone committed to working on a hybrid schedule, in the Oaks, PA office, 3 days per week. Important to the role is the ability to assess and adjust to the administrative needs of the management team. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we will rely on the Executive Assistant to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level information.

What you will do: Support the executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and that operations run efficiently Ensure that senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld Manage professional scheduling including; agendas, meeting coordination, physical mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to other senior executives Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals - in addition to submitting and managing their expense reimbursement process Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

What we need from you: Hands on experience in an executive assistant role reporting directly to senior leaders including; the CEO, CFO, and other Executive Vice President members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with presentation tools, specifically preparing slides and decks for executive and board meetings Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
