Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0030036EXTERNALENGLOBAL The Sales Manager will be a key member of the SEI Access Platform Sales Team, focusing on new RIA, Broker-Dealer and Private Bank client acquisition. The primary purpose of this position is to fill the sales funnel with qualified opportunities, to win new distributor accounts for the Platform and to ensure we are meeting the needs of firms and their advisors for investing in retail alternatives. This role is directly accountable for all sales activities, including networking (both internally, and externally including remotely and at industry conferences), prospecting, creating presentations, understanding client needs, demonstrating system functionality, and creating proposals to win new clients, both remotely and through site visits. The Sales Director will proactively work to develop their sales skills to the next level in this position, partnering closely with sales leadership, successfully selling into the institutional channel.

Responsibilities Research target firms to identify points of contact and initial engagement strategy. Follow-up on all incoming leads: website, conferences or internal referrals and client introductions Sustain a high volume of inbound and outbound prospecting activities. Qualify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential customers. Assist in creating content for sales presentations Perform discovery calls to identify pain points and contacts while communicating value Convincingly demonstrate the Platform that shows features and highlights value to financial advisors Gain commitment (signed contracts and adoption) from RIA, Broker-Dealer and Private Banking firms Identify product offerings and system features that will increase Advisor adoption Partner with Product Management and Operations to communicate user requirements and assist in prioritization Create and implement templates, reports and processes Enter all data in Salesforce and document open items and unique business requirements Ensure all sales processes are adhered to especially the transition to client onboarding Maintain strong internal relationships specifically with other salespeople, marketing, client success, product management and operations Become knowledgeable of SEI's brand and the Platform Perform other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Managing Director

Success Metrics The Sales Manager will know they are successful by measuring: Number of new RIA, Broker-Dealer and Private Banking firms signed onto the Platform Revenue gained from new contracts signed Retention of firms on the platform including renewals for new annual terms Number of new advisors setup from firms signed Transactions and dollar volume realized from firms signed

Qualifications 3+ years in B2B sales or business development 3+ years in the financial industry Experience at a fintech/wealthtech company Knowledge of alternative investments Highly motivated, with a results-driven, growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Highly personable, with a genuine interest in people and ability to quickly establish rapport with people of diverse backgrounds. Excellent probing and listening skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills: ability to plan, prioritize and organize Nimbleness: receptive to feedback and quick to implement Ability to work in a high growth environment where change is the norm Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively Experience selling in a remote environment using web conferencing Computer literacy (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (ideally salesforce) Ability to embrace and contribute to a diverse and inclusive professional environment Strong desire to be part of something transformative Willingness to travel 50%
