Responsibilities

About Us:

We are a dynamic start-up auto parts manufacturer based in Oakland, CA, committed to innovation and excellence in the automotive industry. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a skilled and driven Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing production operations.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Oakland, CA.
