Description

We are dynamically transforming our in-house operation systems by transitioning to ERP software. This process involves a well-coordinated integration of various systems, the consolidation of complex information, all whilst adhering to a tight implementation timeline. As we edge closer to successfully concluding this task, we require a small, meticulous team to cleanse and shift our data to the new system. With this role, you'll gain exposure and understanding of multiple travel industry software systems.

Tasks Entrusted

• Utilize excel spreadsheets for data sanitizing

• Understand and migrate data through travel industry software

• Detect and rectify data discrepancies between original and novel systems

• Scrutinize, explain, resolve and eliminate data discrepancies

• Evolve with changing business rules to incorporate within data audit

• Preserve the integrity of data in the destination database

• Employ transaction reports for managing continuous system modifications

  Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Prior experience with data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Independent thinker and lucid communicator

• Feasible knowledge or the willingness to learn the essentials of ERP software

• Proven record in completing projects and meeting deadlines

• Willingness to work onsite, adhering to the normal office hours, throughout the project's duration.
