Responsibilities:

• Maintains knowledge of products and services relating to treasury management.

• Ensures compliance with audit regulations.

• Guides and trains the team effectively.

• Ensures support team is efficiently trained.

• Monitors workload distribution and staffing levels.

• Resolves escalated customer service issues.

• Tracks problem resolution for customer satisfaction.

• Identifies risk issues and recommends risk management strategies.

• Measures and tracks team performance.

• Uses databases and tech tools to track service results.

• Communicates policies and procedures to team.

• Enhances associates & specialists effectiveness.

• Ensures regulatory compliance, including taking required online trainings.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of treasury experience, ideally in banking

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows

• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge of retail product procedures and documentation

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) preferred

• Understanding of Business, Commercial Deposit & Treasury products

• Strong mathematical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to accurately and effectively work with internal and external customers and vendors

• Familiar with analyzing customer credit data and financial information
