As we continue to expand our business, our company is in the immediate need of the professional services of a Software Developer to develop and enhance our procurement software systems to streamline sourcing for global clients. The Software Developer will collaborate with the external Information Technology support team focusing on software integration, modification for optimal performance, and user training to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The Software Developer will regularly analyze our software system and help with any updates or adjustments needed to enhance its capabilities and efficiency. The Software Developer will be responsible for the following duties: Design and develop procurement software, emphasizing user-friendly interfaces for diverse global markets and adherence to international sourcing and trade laws. Build comprehensive software databases for managing international suppliers and products. Create intuitive platforms for seamless client-supplier interactions within diverse regions. Integrate new procurement software with existing operational systems. Implement robust security protocols to ensure global data protection within our software systems. Analyze and optimize system performance for international procurement processes. Offer dedicated technical support, ensuring global user accessibility. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to provide insight on project status, proposals for performance improvement, and solutions for observed technical issues. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 2 years of work experience as a software developer of a company s database software system to ensure optimal performance for domestic and international users. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
