Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

Join our team in a vital role as a Quality Inspector where you will ensure the quality and precision of manufactured components and equipment for a tier 1 automotive company. In this role, you will inspect and test parts/products at receiving, in-process, and final inspection stages, documenting results in accordance with our Quality Management System. You will use calibrated hand tools to conduct operational area inspections and interpret drawings and specifications with a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Hard Skills

• Calibrated hand tools operation

• GD&T interpretation

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, scales

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to interpret technical documents

Job Type

6 month contract to hire. Candidates need to be open for 1st and 3rd shift.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morristown, Tennessee.
