Position Summary
RSI is recruiting for a HR Coordinator who willsupport the overall HR function within the organization by providing a wide range of HR services and support to employees and management. This includes tasks such as recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The objective is to ensure that the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce, effective HR policies and procedures, and a positive work environment that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks and drug screenings.
Assists with processing of new hires, employee changes and terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in ApplicantTracking System and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Attend job fairs and other community outreach events.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
Make photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Scanning/digitizing documents.
New Hire and Job-Related Data Change Checklist Reviews
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Prepare new employee files.
Reconciles HR records/billings, as needed.
Performs general administrative duties including drafting letters and obtaining approval signatures for memos, requisitions & required forms.
Assists with pulling employee data reports for processes and reports such as AAP, EEO, VETS and manager requests.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
No minimum experience required. 3- 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- SHRM- CP or PHR is a plus.
