Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $29 - $29 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Senior CNC Machinist:

• The CNC Machinist performs detailed machine setups, G & M code (CNC) programming, machine process improvement and troubleshooting, and produces machined parts using a variety of CNC machines.

• Setting up and operating machines: Set up machines quickly and accurately, and perform operations like drilling, boring, and milling

• Programming: Program machines using G and M code, and work with engineering to develop and improve programs

• Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to supervisors

• Maintaining quality: Ensure quality standards are met, and perform inspections and measurements to verify accuracy

• Collaborating: Work with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow 

• Maintaining a clean work area: Keep the work area clean and organized

• Performing post-machining activities: Polish, deburr, and chamfer parts as needed

• Tracking tool wear: Monitor tool wear and replace or change tools as needed

• Inputting job data: Input job data into computer programs

• Participating in inventories: Participate in annual inventories

• Performing special projects: Complete special projects as required

Job requirements:

• They also need to have basic math and geometry knowledge, and be able to read blueprints and follow instructions.

• Senior CNC Operator set up and program- knowledge of PUMA 300- tour and phone interview part of customer process

• Background check and Drug test required
