This role works together with functional leaders in the Security business and across FBIN. We seek a leader who can think big and learn fast while managing over \$325M of sales across the U.S. Retail and Consumer Electronics markets. This individual will provide leadership & direction to approximately 10 sales professionals distributed across the US and develop strategic & key account leadership talent & capabilities. This role will be based in one of our offices located in Oak Creek, WI, Deerfield, IL, North Olmsted, OH, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Travel to customers is expected to be 30-40%. Key Accountabilities Develops business strategy including organic & inorganic growth, business improvement & supply chain excellence, andorganizational excellence. Develops, implements and adjusts strategies to optimize revenue profitability, and market share for the retail and consumer electronics channel. Develops awareness for the customer\'s product needs and maintains or enhances customer relations. Champions a clear channel of communication and coordination with Centers of Excellence and function counterparts - NPD, Brand, finance, supply chain, human resources, IT, etc. Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy - right products, right price, right location(s)/customer(s); lead development of promotion strategy Lead the remote sales team to ensure the successful achievement of sales, profit and market share objectives.
