How you will make an impact:

Data Operations:

  • Oversee the collection, processing, and storage of data across the organization.

  • Implement efficient data workflows and ensure seamless data operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes.

Data Quality Management:

  • Spearhead efforts to maintain high data quality.

  • Establish data quality standards and monitor compliance.

  • Implement data cleansing and validation procedures.

Driving Business Value through Data Analytics:

  • Leverage data analytics to identify insights and drive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with business units to develop data-driven strategies.

  • Use data to improve product performance and strengthen the organization’s competitive edge.

Data Governance and Security:

  • Develop and enforce data governance policies.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Implement robust data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Create a long-term data strategy and execution roadmap

  • Align data initiatives and priorities with overall business strategic goals.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

  • Articulate the company’s AI strategy, from low-hanging fruit into long term predictive models embedded in the company’s operating processes.

  • Develop an educational framework across the enterprise, from basic understanding into scientific knowledge sharing and exchange.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely across functions, regions and BUs

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bridge the gap between technology and business objectives.

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Proven track record in data management, analytics, and governance.

  • Familiarity with data architecture, modeling, and integration.

  • Proven track in advanced natural language processing and machine learning models and techniques

  • Proven track record on translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
