New York University Tenured/tenure-track faculty in NY, New York

NYU Meyers is now accepting applications for several full-time open-rank faculty vacancies for the 2024-25 academic year.

PLEASE NOTE: As of January 31, 2024, we will no longer be considering new applications for Assistant Professor (i.e. entry-level) tenure-track lines for the 2024-25 recruitment cycle. We expect to be opening searches for the 2025-26 academic year later in mid-2024. Candidates for Associate or Full Professor lines are welcome to submit their applications on a rolling basis.

Tenured/tenure-track faculty who will contribute to the College’s research and educational strengths with the vision and experience to advance our global mission. Current foci of research activity at NYU Meyers include aging, chronic conditions, technology-enhanced delivery of services, self-management of symptoms, enhancing health equity and decreasing health disparities, reducing maternal mortality, precision health, and nursing-related health services research among other areas. Postdoctoral fellowship training or equivalent research or policy experience is required at the assistant professor level. Teaching experience is preferred. Associate or full professor candidates should have a strong program of active research, strong interprofessional collaboration history, and experience mentoring early career faculty, doctoral students, and post-doctoral fellows. A track-record of success in securing extramural funding is strongly preferred for all applicants and required for appointment at associate or full professor rank.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is:

Assistant: $104,228.00 - $154,228.00

Associate: $121,162.00 - $191,162.00

Professor: $151,734.00 - $221,734.00
