In einem globalen Unternehmen nicht nur Standard-Aufgaben bearbeiten, sondern mit einem lokalen und internationalen Team die Payroll gestalten, macht diese Position zu einer Stelle mit hohem Wachstumspotenzial. Wir besetzen eine Vakanz mit einem Spezialisten oder einer Spezialistin für die Gehaltsabrechnung in Deutschland, die ebenfalls Anforderungen an Beratungstalente für interne Payroll-Projekte stellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Komplette Verantwortung für die selbstständige Erstellung der Entgeltabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Dienstleister, unter Berücksichtigung der steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung der Fiserv-Einheit in Österreich. Anfertigung von Standard sowie ad hoc Reports (z.B. Bezüge, Abwesenheiten, Schwerbehinderung, etc.)

• Verbuchung der monatlichen Abrechnungen und Kontenabstimmung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung

• Betreuung und Abwicklung betrieblicher Zusatzleistungen (bAV, Rentenzahlungen, etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleister. Ansprechpartner/in in allen Fragen zum Thema Entgeltabrechnung. ​Update von Payrollunterlagen (z.B. Versicherungsdaten, Abzüge, Änderungen, etc.)

• Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems. Bearbeitung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens. Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Ämtern

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich mit Schwerpunkt Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

• Fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem Abrechnungsdienstleister

• Erweiterte MS-Office Kenntnisse

• Gute Englischkenntnisse (GeR mind. B2/C1) und fließende Deutschkenntnisse (GeR mind. C2) in Wort und Schrift

Worüber wir uns freuen würden

• Erfahrungen mit Workday von Vorteil

• Projekterfahrungen sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
