Description and Requirements

Position Objective:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial management and cost analysis within the company, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in resource allocation and meeting financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and perform detailed analysis of the same.

  • Prepare executive PowerPoint reports for presentation of results and analysis.

  • Calculate standard cost of products and analyze variances against actual costs.

  • Implement and supervise continuous improvement processes in cost control.

  • Ensure the correct allocation of direct costs between the different business segments.

  • Manage and have direct exposure to the company's fixed assets.

  • Perform return on investment (ROI) calculation and analysis.

  • Validate and ensure accuracy in the ROI calculation process.

  • Monitor and control compliance with established budgets

  • Support in annual budget process and control

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial or related positions.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Power BI knowledge preferred (not essential, but valued).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and accurate in handling financial data.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
