What You’ll Do

Lenovo is seeking a Customer Support Representative whose responsibilities include working with internal and external customers and Key Distributors related to ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work with key cross-functional teams located in different countries from Latin America.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Lenovo's internal and external customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, and Business Partners) from Latin America in a variety of order management roles, including - Order Entry, Scheduling, Field Support, ESD, Returns, Billing, and Incentives. This team has daily interactions with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, AR, and other CF/Supply chain areas.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

- Basic, intermediate level of English.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency using Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Team Player with a positive "can do" attitude

  • Must be self-driven and able to work independently while focused on delivering results

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task quickly and efficiently

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Knowledge is a PLUS

  • VBA Visual Basics Knowledge is PLUS

  • Prior experience in a Global Company is a plus
