News Corp Australia Digital Client Revenue Manager in NSW, Australia

What’s the role?

As the Digital Client Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising digital client revenue, digital strategy development and monetisation across our state and community digital platforms. This role helps deliver outstanding results for advertising customers and achieve State & Community Mastheads commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital commercial solutions across state and community metro mastheads websites for budget achievement

  • Responsible for digital client revenue across state based and community digital platforms, including websites and apps.

  • Implement digital commercial/advertising product strategy for state based and community websites, working closely with advertising product, technology, client and editorial teams on digital focused solutions.

  • Work closely with commercial teams on advocacy and partnership campaigns and increase digital revenue share within these campaigns

  • Review and monitor sales performance to digital budget across state based and community websites

  • Explore budget variances and develop recommendations to address these.

  • Helps develop business cases for new innovative digital products.

  • Identify operational challenges and deliver effective solutions.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure operational solutions are understood and rapidly adopted. This includes adoption by the client sales ad product, data, pricing, and ops teams.

Who are you?

  • Proven track record in growing digital client revenue and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives

  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including key trends, technologies, and advertising products

  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Strong understanding of the value and the benefits of digital advertising to clients

  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable revenue strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
