Are you passionate about helping small businesses achieve their digital marketing goals, at scale? If you have experience in administration and an understanding of digital marketing, and want to learn and hone your skills in all things digital, this is the opportunity for you.
What’s the role?
Working closely with the Sales and Account Management team, you’ll be part of our Customer Success team and manage digital campaigns for SMBs across a broad range of Industries
Have regular calls, manage reporting and build long-lasting relationships with customers
Collaborate with Trading teams to improve campaign performance, make recommendations to achieve campaign goals
Closely monitor campaign performance and identify potential campaign issues in a timely manner
Keep up to date on News Xtend’s suite of products, provide customer solutions to Sales teams to drive future business
Involvement in various team projects
Who are you?
What you will need & know:
Excellent written & presentation skills
Ability to handle customer concerns, strong problem-solving skills and quickly build rapport
Positive, can-do attitude to deliver across multiple deadlines in fast paced environment
Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business
Comfortable following detailed workflow processes
Previous experience within digital is preferred
