Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is looking for a highly skilled Content Performance and Data Lead to join their growing Coles team.

An exciting new role, the Content Performance and Data Lead will play a pivotal role in the dynamic field of food and lifestyle for Coles content. Tasked with driving a consistent communication cycle of optimisation and performance, this position will be responsible for generating insights that inform content strategy across print, social, digital, and video platforms and inform real time updates and optimisation to live content. The role involves in-depth data analysis to optimize content performance, enhance audience engagement, and contribute to the success of all Coles content.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to assess the performance of content across various platforms, including print, social, digital, and video.

  • Generate actionable insights that inform content strategy, focusing on optimizing engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

  • Work in tandem with creative teams to implement data-backed strategies for content creation in the food and lifestyle category.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to the client, ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with social media managers, digital marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate insights into a holistic content approach.

Who are you?

  • You have 5-7 years of relevant Insights experience and have worked at a senior level in strategy.

  • You are passionate about constant performance improvement and looking for ways to use data for best results.

  • You collaborate well in a senior team and have proven experience working alongside a diverse range of skillsets.

  • You manage your own workload in order to complete all tasks with maximum efficiency and to deadline.

  • You adopt a thorough and methodical approach to work.

  • You are able to clearly and effectively communicate findings and analysis.

  • You enjoy working directly and collaborating with clients and content leaders.

  • You take responsibility for own tasks and ensure progress is communicated to appropriate parties, internally and externally.
