News Corp Australia Client Strategy Manager in NSW, Australia

What’s the role?

  • Work within Newsamp, News Corp Australia’s specialised integrated advertising team consisting of strategy, solutions and insights functions that creates valued business partnerships and proactively identifies strategic opportunities for clients

  • Partner with News Corp Australia’s sales teams to generate client revenue, leveraging assets from News Corp Australia’s vast portfolio that deliver clients’ marketing, campaign and business objectives and priorities

  • Help create and facilitate client workshops to enable strategic conversations that uncover client marketing and business problems that News Corp Australia can help solve

  • Develop strategic frameworks for a range of client categories, budgets and target audiences

  • Support the senior strategy team to deliver go to market strategy, thought leadership and grow integrated revenue

  • Leverage a portfolio of exciting brands and assets across platforms such as news.com.au, Vogue Australia, taste.com.au, The Australian, Herald Sun, Newscast and many more.

Who are you?

  • Experience working in a strategy or planning team within media, advertising, PR, marketing or publishing industries

  • Experience generating insights and using strategic thinking to create single minded ideas

  • Experience in client and category business planning to support sales, as well as successful market pitching, with an understanding of what’s required to win client business

  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help identify opportunities and solve problems

  • A desire to influence others to take action with stories that excite, inspire or educate

  • A want to create and innovate, learn and win
