Description

At Amazon, we strive to be the most customer-centric company in the world. Operations is at the heart of what we do, delivering hundreds of thousands of items each day and fulfilling customer orders from all over the world. To achieve this, we are constantly innovating.

You have the opportunity to partner with the operations team, the vendor’s representative and other internal/external stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives. You will monitor performance metrics and KPI’s, contribute to the development of reporting tools, support the Operations Team with providing insightful reporting and assist with analyzing and understanding key influencers.

We’re looking for a strong candidate that can prioritize well and communicate clearly. As you might be visiting Vendor Flex sites to provide on-site support, your willingness to travel up to 20% as well as your willingness to work flexible schedules / shifts is required.
