Our client, a leading CNC manufacturer, is seeking a Tube Bending Specialist- someone who can operate, program and maitain clients Tube Bending CNC Machines. This company is growing rapidly, becoming a household name in the machine manufacturing world!

This role requires 3 years of bending experience across multiple applications including bender setup, bender service, bender maintenance experience, or CNC bender part programming. Also, and Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. You will be traveling about 30% of the time.

responsibilities:

• Analyze customer drawings to assess application feasibility using product offerings.

• Evaluate and conduct time studies to identify the most effective machine solutions promptly.

• Perform comprehensive application analysis and recommend the best bender solution for the customer.

• Conduct bender demonstrations for customers at the facility.

• Collaborate with Applications and Bender Product Managers to maintain equipment, tooling, and demonstration material inventory.

• Manage customer service tickets related to bender applications.

• Occasionally support customers in the field with advanced training or application assistance.

• Commission and calibrate Solutions Center benders.

• Develop demonstration parts.

• Present bender software at trade shows.

• Assist in developing sales tools for new features or machines.

• Maintain positive rapport and business relationships with customers through outstanding customer service.

• Travel to Italy 1-2 times per year for ongoing software and hardware training.

• Travel up to 30% as needed by management.

• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
