Autodesk Senior Content Designer, Data Ecosystem in Novi, Michigan

Job Requisition ID #

24WD79954

Position Overview

At Autodesk, we’re not just shaping tools—we’re shaping the future of how ideas come to life. Our platform content designers create the clarity that’s fundamental to every product launch. We understand how words and language define the entire customer experience—from taxonomy and information architecture to in-product and beyond. Autodesk’s data teams are transforming our interfaces from tools and components to ecosystems that extend the capabilities of Autodesk’s design and make software. Our platform helps people reimagine new possibilities based on our 3D modeling, visualization, and data insights software to bring exceptional experiences to architecture, construction, manufacturing, and film and visual effects.

As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll join us on our mission to democratize data by considering narrative, audience, and semantics to articulate concepts clearly—modeling systems, defining taxonomies, and reimagining content through all platform touchpoints. You’ll engage directly with product, design, and engineering teams to craft and ship content experiences that drive rapid comprehension and high adoption. You’ll be a part of an exceptional team of product thinkers and content designers who not only create but also refine each other’s work to ensure every content piece is accurate, cohesive, and aligned with our broader goals.

We’re looking for someone who can think in systems—not products, look at information as a function of product—not copywriting, and operate across platform modalities under tight deadlines—whether that’s in-product or extended help systems. If this sounds like you, come join our team in crafting world-class platform experiences.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Canada or the US if you can overlap with East Coast hours. If you’re near our Toronto or Novi offices, we have intentional gatherings in the office.

To be considered, you must apply and include your resume and portfolio with password if required .
