Multi-Flow Industries (Lenox-Martell) is looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Equipment Repair Technician to join our growing team. As a Commercial Equipment Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Commercial Equipment Repair Job Duties

  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on various equipment including but not limited to dishwashers, ice machines, and ovens

  • Conduct field service visits to customers' businesses to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues

  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions

  • Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for repairs or replacements

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining repair processes

  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and services provided using company provided hand held device.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs

  • Previous experience as an Equipment Repair Technician or electrical repair is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of electrical systems and components

  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues effectively

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

  • Face to face interaction with customers.

  • Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and safety consciousness.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance and up to 150 pounds with assistance

  • This position is Monday - Friday with participation in the on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks.
