Are you an experienced shipping clerk looking for some extra money through the summer? Our client is located in Norwood, MA and is currently seeking someone with prior experience for a 1st shift 8AM - 5PM making between $22-$24 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities

Pick, pack and ship orders consistent with customer requirements including but not limited to

labeling, and preparing shipping documents

· Assemble/cut packaging to suit order being shipped

· Package orders to prevent damage, ensure all finished good lots are separated and accurately

labeled

· Arrange freight carriers as required

· Ensure accurate documentation is included with shipments

· Maintain documentation integrity

· Ensure international shipping documents are complete and accurate

· Accurately record tracking information as required in ERP system

Receiving

· Receive incoming material, categorize and label appropriately (customer supplied material, RMA,

raw material, MRO, etc.)

· Cut and label samples from spools of wire

· Confirm accuracy and quantity of materials received against packing list and purchase order

· Confirm and verify that supplier documentation is present, complete, and accurate

· Stage or put-away material in appropriate locations, or deliver materials on-site as required including

notifying recipients of deliveries

· Accurately log incoming material data in ERP system within established timelines

· Pair material with related production orders at time of receipt

· Stage and track partial deliveries and follow through to completion

· Comply with company policies and procedures including PPE requirements: safety glasses,

puncture-resistant gloves, protective footwear
