This is a 2nd shift role and located at our Norwood manufacturing facility and the hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00pm to 5:00am. We are anticipating running almost every Saturday for the rest of 2024. Saturdays are predominantly voluntary, however, a few Saturdays may be mandatory. WE HAVE 10 OPENINGS! Maintenance Maven: Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues like a pro. Safety Superstar: Adhere to Lock Out Tag Out procedures and keep our workplace hazard-free. Efficiency Expert: Keep the production line running smoothly and handle changeovers with precision. Sanitation Sage: Maintain cleanliness and comply with all safety and quality standards. Documentation Dynamo: Accurately complete reports and ensure all records are up to date. Team Player: Help new employees and trainees learn the ropes and excel. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred. Experience: some previous equipment operation experience is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and Ideal equipment experience would be with - mixers, packaging machines, stamping equipment, bottling equipment, automation equipment (IE Robots), case erectors, grinders, screw conveyors, overwrap machines (film) etc. Knowledge: Basic understanding of GMP\'s, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
