Description

We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to manage the facilities across multiple locations, with a focus on coordinating work orders and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities coordination for multiple locations

• Manage work orders generated by client sites through the Tririga Work Order Platform

• Handle a diverse range of work orders including lawn maintenance, snow removal, plumbing issues, and HVAC problems

• Coordinate with vendors pre-populated in the work order system to ensure deadlines are met and jobs are completed on time

• If necessary, identify and reach out to alternate approved vendors from the vendor database

• Close out completed work orders and confirm client satisfaction

• Manage the submission of invoices post work order completion

Requirements

• Proficient in managing Work Orders, including the creation, tracking, and completion of orders.

• Experience as a Facilities Coordinator, with the ability to manage the upkeep and maintenance of facilities and coordinate with various departments for facility-related needs.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage vendor relationships

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
