Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $19.99 + 2.00 shift diferential

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring our compression/injection molding machines to produce high-quality seals used in automotive and machinery applications. This is a full-time position with training provided on the 1st shift. If you have a strong work ethic, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time- Temp to perm

• Location: Northfield, NH

• Pay Rate: - Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor compression/injection molding machines to produce seals

• Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications

• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation purposes

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Ability to train on the 1st shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Physical stamina to stand for the entire shift

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35lbs

• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
