Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the manufacturing floor. This includes ensuring equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications, prioritizing equipment repairs, creating and following preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians/engineers, and inspecting and testing equipment. The role also involves conducting regular inspections of all mechanical processes and machinery in the manufacturing department.
