  • 7+ years of AP experience

  • Excel proficiency

  • Experience with Concur, ACH/wire transfer, check runs, vendor management

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for matching AP paperwork, entering accounts payable invoices into the system, making payments to vendors, and handling vendor payment calls in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Match account payable invoices.

• Enter account payable invoices and expense reports daily, including G/L coding of invoices and expense reports.

• Cut checks daily or weekly as needed, and process wire transfers using Excel.

• Check accounts payable for necessary approval.

• Review and resolve issues with unbilled PO receipts.

• Run account payable forecasts weekly to determine upcoming check runs.

• Print month-end account payable reports and keep on file.

• Clear checks in SBT that have cleared the bank.

• Respond to vendor calls on a timely basis.

• Backup accounts receivable.

• Reconcile unbilled PO receipt report to GL.

• Handle special projects as needed.
