JOB SUMMARY
RWS Global is currently seeking a Coordinator, Facilities to serve as a point person to oversee our rehearsal studios and performer housing.
Reporting to the Manager, Office Operations, the Coordinator, Facilities is responsible for keeping the studio operations running smoothly and effectively. An ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, with exceptional attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly pivot when necessary.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage facility operations across multiple worksites in a fast-paced production environment
Monitor studio calendar and supervise turn arounds, load ins, and set ups
Ensure compliance of studio protocol & enforce safety standards
Inspect the facilities on a regular basis for proper maintenance and repairs
Repair minor fixes as needed
Maintain rehearsal studio supplies
Oversee the janitorial staff
Maintain performer housing, including move in and move out procedures
Serve as the liaison with building management
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 year’s experience as a Facilities or Production/Stage Manager
Experience in a fast-paced environment
The ability to quickly problem solve under pressure
Exceptional time management and attention to detail
Strong negotiation, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
