Location: North York, ON located at 25 Sheppard Ave W, North York, ON M2N 6S8; Hybrid

What to Expect:

The HCP OMNI Channel Manager at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs). This includes managing channels such as a dedicated HCP website, personalized online content, marketing emails, third-party association campaigns, and webinars. The manager will work closely with the Salesforce Excellence, Category Sales Development, and Marketing to create a cohesive plan that maximizes business impact.

A day in the life:

Own and continuously refine the HCP OMNI Channel Framework at Nestlé Health Science

  • Develop the strategy for HCP OMNI Communication in collaboration with Marketing, SFE, CSD, and Medical Affairs/Regulatory (including 1yr & 3yr plans)

  • Manage external agency partnerships to enable campaign execution

  • Stay on top of the latest trends, tactics and innovation within digital channels relevant to HCPs

  • Translate OMNI segmentation strategies into HCP journey maps to deliver personalized experiences to move HCPs down the brand engagement funnel

  • Responsible for end-to-end program, deriving insights from data to optimize performance

  • Work in close collaboration with SFE & CSD to measure business impact of OMNI plans

  • Represents Canadian market to Global team, & brings best practices & learnings from other markets

Lead technology requirements that enable HCP OMNI Strategy & digital personalization

  • Liaise with Digital Operations to bring HCP OMNI Channel Strategy to life through technology

  • Provides technology requirements to digital & IT teams to optimize digital experience

  • Manage first party data collection and progressive profiling ensuring it meets Canadian Privacy Policy laws, as well as internal best practices for data management

  • Provide ongoing reporting in Monthly Operational Reviews, to senior leadership and global teams at quarterly business reviews etc to track overall performance of the channel

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Responsible for campaign calendar with Marketing & instilling best practices to increase engagement

  • Liaise with Marketing, Medical Affairs & Agency to deliver campaigns (email, webinars, etc)

  • Liaise with Agency to set up journeys within ESP to enable automation at scale

  • Drive continuous data hygiene with partners, working closely with IT to implement & optimize

  • Champion A/B testing to continuously improve performance and identify new opportunities

  • Define KPIs, create & present campaign reports providing key learnings and future recommendations

Role Requirements

  • 5 years of HCP Marketing Experience, with strengths in designing omni-channel communication plans

  • Digital capabilities a must, with strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (websites/databases/email etc)

  • Experience developing & implementing digital journeys across multiple touchpoints, on and offline

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
