Job Description:About the Role: As a Product Business Consultant / Owner of the Toppan Merrill Job Management System, you'll be a key leader in our product organization, shaping processes, culture, and business outcomes. Your work will have real impact in the market, contributing to our future product success. Here are the key responsibilities: Lead Product Line Success: Take ownership of your assigned product line, ensuring overall success. Act as a voice of the business to the development team. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the technical lifecycle of the product line. Define a unique value proposition aligned with our company strategy. Requirements and Roadmap: Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into comprehensive product solutions. Create clear definitions and stories for the engineering team. Develop a compelling and executable roadmap based on analysis of business needs. SCRUM Team Collaboration: Be part of SCRUM teams developing the product(s). Lead with influence, ensuring delivery, quality, robustness, and reliability. Maintain a sense of urgency to meet committed release dates. Metrics and Quality Assurance: Monitor JMS metrics, including resource utilization and performance. Continuously improve system efficiency. Product Backlog and Bug Resolution: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and refining requirements. Work closely with the business and product team to clarify requirements and accept user stories. Prioritize bug resolution and maintain operational excellence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with service teams to position the product effectively. Engage with fellow Product Owners and other team members. About You: Proven experience in customer development, product definition, and feature scoping. Strong organizational skills and adaptability. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A collaborative team player with a bias for action. Strong analytical skills. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in mission-critical software products.
