Position Summary

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor is the front line connection with 25+ warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets. The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor drives daily work execution and monitors work performance. Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, you will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations. The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations.

This is a 1st shift role. Core hours are 7:00amEST-3:00pmEST Monday - Friday, with additional flexibility needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a distribution center or similar environment.

  • 2 years experience in a leadership role.

  • 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Yellow Belt Lean Experience

  • Continuous improvement mentality

  • Ability to analyze interpret data

  • Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies

Education

  • High School Diploma

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
