Savage Services (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IynaccITkN4) is looking for an ambitious team member for our Maintenance Coordinator position in our North Salt Lake, UT operation, whose primary responsibilities will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Maintenance team.

What you'll be doing:
Follow written and verbal instructions independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation
Efficiently multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Utilize MS Office Suite proficiently, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Work overtime hours as required to meet business needs
Engage professionally and collaboratively with other team members
Maintain consistent and dependable attendance
Track logs, manage asset files, and update reporting systems
Operate and manage inventory systems, producing regular reports
Ensure accurate preparation and upkeep of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and compliance documents
Conduct cycle counts on parts and other inventory items to ensure accuracy
Align work orders and cycle counts with inventory needs, balancing stock levels effectively
Requirements of a Successful Maintenance Coordinator:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management for a diesel shop or parts counter preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items, complying with physical requirements of the job
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Requirements of this role:
Sit for long periods of time
Work with telephones, computer and other office equipment
Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Wear required PPE
