Build trusted customer relationships, maintaining a 4.9/5 rating or higher.

Ensure all installations meet safety and building standards, taking pride in your work.

Learn and assist licensed plumbers, reducing job time through effective material procurement.

Pass monthly internal qualifications from licensed plumbers.

90-Day Goals:

Assist in servicing $10k worth of jobs weekly.

Master truck stock management and warehouse inventory.

Help the team earn 30+ 5-star reviews through teamwork and excellence.
