Position: Housekeeping Staff Location:Avid Hotel / Candlewood Suites at 202 E. Eugene Avenue, North Platte, NE 69101 Pay: $16/hour Hours: 7.5-hour shifts, full-time

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Housekeeping Staff member! This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and common areas to the highest standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for guests, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Refill amenities including toiletries, towels, and beverages.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum floors, and remove trash.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Ensure all rooms are up to hotel standards before guest check-in.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests when encountered.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your feet and move throughout the hotel for the entire shift.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
