How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assist with preparations for trade shows and conventions, and attend them.

• Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to the sales team.

• Complete additional Sales Assistant tasks as needed.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, delivering exceptional service.

• Generate sales reports and prepare for presentations.

• Support the sales department in promoting company products and services.

• Organize and handle internal training courses.

• Coordinate orders to ensure all processes are completed efficiently.

• Prepare communications and proofread documents.

• Arrange travel and meetings.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Bilingual Spanish

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Assistant role preferred.

• Strong project coordination skills, excellent social skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff, clients, and vendors.
