Robert Half is seeking a meticulous and motivated Logistics Clerk for our client located in North Miami. As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a vital role in the logistics operations, ensuring the seamless and punctual delivery of goods. Your duties will include managing records, preparing shipment documentation, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and handle shipping and receiving documents.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases.

• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve shipping or delivery issues.

• Assist in scheduling and planning shipments.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

• Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Bilingual Spanish

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
