Position Overview: We are looking for entry-level Production Workers to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks associated with the manufacturing and assembly of our products. The ideal candidate is dependable, shows initiative, and maintains a strong attendance record. Supervisory experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and instructions
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Take initiative to identify and address production gaps or issues
• Support production processes and meet production targets

Requirements:
