Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role falls within the financial services industry where you will be handling accounts receivable, collections, and other assigned duties.

Responsibilities:

• Administering the billing functions to ensure accurate invoices are sent to customers

• Utilizing various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting

• Handling accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection processes

• Assisting with claim administration and resolving any discrepancies

• Delivering high-quality customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly

• Conducting regular monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on account status

• Using IBM AS/400 and ADP for financial services related tasks

• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate records of customer credit applications

• Performing various accounting functions as required

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Claim Administration

• Understanding of Collection Processes

• Strong Customer Service skills
