LE HOST LLC Social Media Coordinator in NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nevada

Overview:

As the Social Media Coordinator for our retail store and live-streaming platform, you will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website and live-streaming platform. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Curate user generated content and repurpose existing content to maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand cohesion across channels.

  2. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Implement social media best practices and guidelines to optimize engagement, reach, and performance metrics.

  3. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to our website and live-streaming platform. Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos for paid social media campaigns targeting specific audience segments.

  4. Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with our audience by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and industry partners. Monitor industry trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

  5. Live Streaming Promotion: Promote live-streaming events, product launches, and exclusive offers through social media channels to generate excitement and drive viewership. Collaborate with the live-streaming team to develop promotional strategies, create teaser content, and schedule prevent posts.

  6. Website Traffic Generation: Drive traffic to our website by sharing blog posts, product pages, and landing pages on social media platforms with compelling calls to action. Track and analyze referral traffic from social media channels to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts in driving website visits and conversions.

  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, clickthrough rates, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate the success of social media initiatives and inform future strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
  • Experience with live-streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Live) is a plus.
