This is an on-site position in North Kingstown, RI USA.

Position Summary Thales is seeking a Machine Operator for full time employment in Kingstown, RI for a 3rd shift role. As a Machine Operator, you will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers specifications. Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily / monthly goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards. Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action. Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies and procedures.

Key Areas of Responsibility: * Operate card production equipment and perform related activities. * Confirm work receipt. * Formulate and implement work priority decisions. * Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. * Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards. * Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action.
