Customer Service/Technical Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product line - Assist customers with quotes and take-offs - Process orders - Enter orders into Jobboss and Monday - Coordinate order shipments from the warehouses - Track order progress - Discuss installation procedures with customers - Assist with product inventory management - Manage leads
Customer Service/Technical Representative Requirements: - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to sit for extended periods - Proficiency in computer skills - Strong math skills - Construction background preferred - Ability to read blueprints is a plus
