Program: DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services

Compensation: $80,000 corporate/salaried

Location: This is a mobile position that will require commuting within the North East Region (North of Billerica, MA to NH). Therefore a valid license, and reliable vehicle are required.

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Program Director to oversee it's exciting new DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services Team.

What You Will Do:

As a Program Director DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services Team, you will oversee a team of staff, which includes hiring, team-building, and promoting the growth and development of clinical skills across the team; and you will actively participate in leadership meetings. Additionally, t he Program Director will be the primary liaison with DDS and D MH , and act as the Referral Coordinator, and be the first contact with families and person served. This position will also share clinical on-call responsibilities with other managers, thus, the ability to work a flexible schedule will be required.

What You Will Bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis; and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Massachusetts’ independent clinical licensure of Applied Behavior Analysis, preferred.

  • 5 years of experience working with youth or young adults with ASD and serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances; along with at least 2 years of management experience.

  • Knowledge of Children’s Mental Health Services including providing Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services, or similar, as well as DMH Services and/or knowledge of adult DDS/DMH services in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, writing and supervisory skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule and be willing to share on call responsibilities, required.

  • Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience and knowledge of EBP models, preferred.

  • This role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this is a mobile position that requires commuting in and around the North East Region (North Billerica to NH).
